Pollution All 44 nations must concede to not pollute in Antarctica since the animals will eat the rubbish therefore the nation must face a $100 000 fine
 Mining The nations agree that mining should only be allowed for scientific purposes e.g Ice Core. If mining is used for other purposes a $100 000 fine will be issued.  Wildlife All nations must agree that if they want to study on Antarctica’s wildlife, they must be 10ft away. As consequence a $100 000 will be issued.  Tourism All nations must agree that if they want to study on Antarctica’s wildlife, they must be 10ft away. As consequence a $100 000 will be issued.  Permanent Settlement Signatories agree that everyone can only stay for 3 years max. Scientists are the only people to stay longer in Antarctica. If nations are seen staying longer, as a result a $100 000 will be issued and a 2 years ban.
 Waste Disposal All 44 nations must concede to never dump in Antarctica. As a result a $100 000 fine & a 5 year ban will be a consequence.
 Military Signatories agree that all military weapons should only be used for peaceful purposes only. If used for destruction , it can lead to a $100 000 fine.  |
