If any tourist or scientist have rubbish that has been burnt must be returned to their own country. If this reasonable law is broken there will be a consequence of being unable to visit this magnificent wonderland and will receive a serious fine of 1.5 million. ![]() Mining All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty strongly agree that mining should strictly be banned for 60 years. If mining is allowed it would disturb the marine life and will certainly course extinction to this icy blue continent. If this rule is disobeyed the country that broke their promise will be removed from the treaty for 15 years.

There is to be no capturing the animals without a permit. Commercial use All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty completely agree that there shall be no fishing for krill in Antarctica. If this rule did not apply over many months, anyone fishing for krill for any financial reasons will slowly have a massive effect on the marine life as krill is the main food for the marine life’s diet.
