 Pollution All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty certainly agree that noise pollution should be decreased in Antarctica as it can disturb penguins in their breeding grounds. Only 1 to 2 planes are allowed to fly over Antarctica each month as it can reduce the risk of penguins stopping to breed. If a nation this rule they will be investigated by the Court of Justice and will be removed from the Antarctic Treaty until further notice.
 Mining All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that mining should be banned in Antarctica as a drilling accident can result as a fire. The ashes from the fire can harm the marine life. If a nation breaks this rule they will receive a large fine and will be removed from the Antarctic Treaty for up to three to four years.
 Animals
  Tourism All members involved in the Antarctic treaty agree that cruise ships should be reduced to the amount of three ships per nation. If a nation breaks this rule the nation will receive a tremendous fine and could be eliminated from the Antarctic Treaty.  Permanent Settlement All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty absolutely agree that permanent settlement should be strictly prohibited in Antarctica because construction is going to use up all the ice free land. It is true to say that permanent settlement in Antarctica is going to use up most of the ice free land which is currently being used by penguins feeding and breeding grounds. It is obvious to say that construction is taking up all the ice free land is going to reduce the population of penguins and could definitely lead to animal extinction. The maximum of settlement allowed in Antarctica is 8 months per year. Many people agree that the pollution will enormously grow as there is more and more people permanently settling in Antarctica. If a tourist breaks this rule they will receive a very large fine and the nation that the tourist is from will permanently be removed from the Antarctic Treaty.  Waste Disposal All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that waste disposal should start in Antarctica. Anything tourists bring to Antarctica should be taken back to the tourists own country because things that are non – burnable, recyclable or anything hazardous could be blown into the ocean which can harm the marine wildlife if a tourist breaks this rule they will receive a harsh consequence.    Military Activity All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that military activities should definitely be banned in Antarctica as the noises from the gun shots and weaponry can cause noise pollution which can cause the wildlife to be stressed. It is true to say that if bullets are not picked up the penguins can swallow it which could lead to many penguins dying. Many people agree that this could lead to animal extinction. If there is too much noise the penguins could stop breeding and could surely decrease the population of penguins in Antarctica. If a member nation breaks this rule they will receive a fine of $200.000 and will be removed permanently from the Antarctic Treaty.

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that tourists visiting Antarctica are not to feed the animals as it is not their stable die. They are not to use flash photography and there should be no touching the animals, no loud noise from tourists and especially no capturing animals without a permit. If a tourist breaks this rule they can receive extensive fine and can even be arrested. If a scientist breaks this rule they can be suspended from their job.
