It is obvious that, tourists and scientists dumb rubbish onto the terrain, but, the rubbish is just going to be flown away by a blizzard and stay there for another hundred years due to the extreme conditions. Scientists have tried to overcome this problem by burning the rubbish in an intensely hot incinerator but the ashes are getting blown into the air causing air pollution. The sewage must be cleaned and pumped into the ocean. Any country who defies this rule will be sentenced to jail for 7 years.

Mining:

 

All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty personally agree that, mining should definitely be forbidden in Antarctica for another 25 years as it could damage the exotic marine life. If there is an oil rig fire in the surrounding coast of Antarctica, then the oil will wash up onto the seabed and spread onto the coastal land. If any country discover any sorts of gold, oil, alluminion, or minerals , etc, then the country’s leaders must confess that they found something otherwise other country want to mine here and cause more pollution. The country who does not share any information will be found guilty and will be investigated by the Court of Justice.

Animals:

All members of the Antarctic treaty absolutely agree that tourists and scientists should stay right away from the animals of Antarctica. Tourists should not feed the animals because it is not the animals stable diet, tourists should not touch the animals because they will frightened and unsecured. Travelers must not take photos of the animals because it will stop the breeding process. People should be at least 100m from the animals for the safety of the animals because scientists might take them away. Scientist must not capture any animals or they will suspended of their job and if tourists try snatch any animals they will be sent out of Antarctica immediately with a harsh fine.

Tourism:

All members of the Antarctic Treaty excessively agree that tourism in Antarctica should be carefully monitored due to oil leaks and bilge discharges from cruise ships sailing to this exotic and unique blue continent. The maximum of tourists should be 3000 a year. If this rule is broken, the country will receive an enormous fine.

Permanent Settlement 

 

All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty confidently agree that, permanent settlement is prohibited in Antarctica. However, if there is settlement and facilities must be constructed because of family coming to see loved ones and must expand. It is sure to say that, people going to Antarctica must have permit to go to Antarctica and is only allowed to say for eight months or less. It is confident to say that, if the population growth grows then this will have a greater demand on food, electricity, heating and lighting. This means lots more rubbish is being produced which causes more pollution and must have a lot of waste disposal and this could become worse of a result. Whichever country dishonours this policy be fined one billion dollars.

 

Waste Disposal 

All members of the Antarctic treaty definitely agree that waste disposal should happen in Antarctica to save this remarkably dry, frozen continent. They should burn the rubbish in the cautiously in an extremely hot incinerator then the ashes should be quickly transferred out of Antarctica. Anything non-ignitable must be seized immediately. If this rule is broken, the nation involved will be removed out of the country for a period of time.

 

Military Activities:
