Pollution

Signatories completely agree that people dumping rubbish into the incinerator deliberately is definitely WRONG! If anyone is caught dumping rubbish, they will receive an immense fine which is $35 000 - $40 000and their vacation will be completely cut short.

Mining

Signatories absolutely agree that, mining in Antarctica should no longer be continued as it causes animals to die. If a person/person from a country that is on the Antarctic treaty list does mine they will suffer a consequence which is to be sentenced to prison for 7 years, will be investigated by the international court of justice and will be sent to Rehab for 8 months.

Animals

Signatories definitely agree that people should not be feeding, touching or using flash photography in Antarctica.  Because it may scare and harm the animals, if scientists or tourists capture an animal without a permit, will be suspended from their job and their country may be eliminated from the treaty, and if tourists do this they will be sent back to their country immediately and their vacation will be cut short.

Tourism

Signatories strongly agree that tourism in Antarctica should definitely be monitored. There should be a maximum of only 3 cruise ships from each member nation in a season. This can reduce the amount of oil slicks and bilge discharges that go into the ocean. If this rule is broken it will result in a large fine and will be removed from the Antarctic Treaties member ship.

Permanent Settlement

Signatories strongly believe that Permanent Settlement should only occur to maximum of 5 months in Antarctica because it would be to dark for human life. Even if people were able to live in Antarctica , the 47 nations would have to contribute by purchasing land resources such as hospitals, work and schools. However if someone is caught illegally building in this last frontier they will be brought back to their country of origin and their developing house will be brought back to them by ship.

Waste Disposal

Signatories certainly agree that tourists dumping rubbish into the incinerator, which could definitely result in rubbish getting blown away into the ocean and also towards penguins and seals which could do some damage to the harmless animals.

Military Activity

Signatories definitely agree that, military activities should be banned in Antarctica for 25 years because bombs, missiles and bullets distract the animals, the science labs and the tourists. If anyone is caught shooting gunfire in this winter wonderland they will be suspended from their job for 2 years and their military equipment will be demolished.
