All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty agree that cruise ships should be restricted to only three ships throughout the summer time. By decreasing the amount of ships there will be less oil slicks harming the wildlife. The consequences for this rule will being  broken they will receive a harsh fine and will be banned from visiting Antarctica for the rest of the year.

Permanent Settlement 

All 47 countries involved in the Antarctic treaty definitely agree that permanent settlement in Antarctica is strictly prohibited due to the wildlife being at risk of dying. Also it is fair to say that only scientist are allowed in Antarctica only because more tourist means more waste and this could prevent Antarctica from being our last frontier if any scientist is caught building anything illegally that scientist will be suspended from their job, receive a staggering fine between 2.5 million- 1 billion dollars and will go to the international court of justice for further punishment.

If any scientist disobey this rule that scientist will be suspended from their job and will be banned from visiting Antarctica for 3 years.
