By decreasing the amount of ships there will be less oil slicks harming the wildlife. Also it is fair to say that only scientist are allowed in Antarctica only because more tourist means more waste and this could prevent Antarctica from being our last frontier if any scientist is caught building anything illegally that scientist will be suspended from their job, receive a staggering fine between 2.5 million- 1 billion dollars and will go to the international court of justice for further punishment.
