Pollution

All 47 members involved in the Antarctic treaty totally agree that, noise pollution should continue but planes must travel through ice land instead of ice free land because penguins lives there for a long time and don’t want to be disturbed. If a plane flies over a penguin rookeries the penguins will be frightened and will not be able to breed and will die. Whoever breaks this rule will be removed from treaty and will receive a large fine.

Mining

All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty personally agree that, each nation should have maximum of 5 oil mining rigs out in the ocean. The nation must be very careful when mining for oil because if there were oil spillage it will spread across the ocean and might decrease the population of marine life. Each nation must share the oil. Whoever breaks this rule will be removed from the Antarctic treaty and will receive a tremendous fine.

Animals

All 47 members agree that tourists should not feed animals because the food might choke the harmless animals and can cause death. Also tourists should not take flash photographs because it might blind them, no loud noises from the tourists because they might frighten the animals and might cause death. No capturing of animals only if they have a permit. Whoever breaks this rule will have a large fine or go to court for the death of animals in Antarctica.

Tourism

All members involved in the Antarctic treaty agree that tourists number should be lowered, as well as the cruise ship numbers. The numbers of tourists should be lowered to 600 per ship, while the cruise ship numbers should be lowered to 5 per year per country. This is to reduce the amount of foreign organisms entering Antarctica. Whoever breaks this rule will be removed from the treaty.

Permanent Settlement

All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty agree that, permanent settlement should be banned in Antarctica because it will cost a lot of money and need to make space to build in an ice free land which is noise pollution for animals. Also it will be too cold to live in Antarctica and if there more people living in Antarctica will cause more pollution and more rubbish in Antarctica. To visit Antarctica the person or the family must have permission will be able to go to Antarctica. Whoever lives in Antarctica or go to Antarctica without permission will be sentenced to prison for ten years and will receive a large fine which is one million dollars.

Waste Disposal

All 47 members agree that if tourists have rubbish from Antarctica they must keep it until they are back to their country. If tourists throw rubbish in the snowy ground it will be frozen for many many years to come or if a huge wind enters Antarctica, the rubbish will be flying and could land into a penguin rookery. If a tourist breaks this rule they will have 2 years of rubbish duty and they will not be allowed to Antarctica for 15 years.

Military Activities

All 47 members of the Antarctic treaty certainly agree that, military activity should be prohibited in Antarctica because the firing of weaponries could disturb penguins in their rookeries and the penguins could be frightened could cause death to penguins. Also nuclear bombs shouldn’t be dropped in Antarctica because it will kill the animals in Antarctica and probably humans. Whoever breaks this rule will be sentenced to prison for life and their families will receive a large fine.
