Pollution 

All members of the Antarctic Treaty certainly agree that, pollution in Antarctica should be banned forever. There should not be any burying of any sewage or rubbish into the snow and any burnt rubbish and ashes would have to be sent/taken back to the country of origin. However sewage may be treated and pumped into the ocean. Anybody who defines this rule will be sent an exceedingly fine.

Mining 

All members of the Antarctic Treaty absolutely agree that animals in Antarctica should be carefully looked after. If any tourists visits a rookery etc they are not allowed to feed the animals, no flash photography, no touching animals and no capturing or stealing animals without permit. This certain rule also goes for scientists. If these rules are disregarded tourists may have to pay a serious fine and scientists will have to be sent to the International Court of Justice.

Permanent Settlement

All members of the Antarctic Treaty surely agree that, permanent settlement in Antarctica is forbidden. If this rule is in force, people with a permit can there for only 8 months or less. If permanent settlement is authorized in this majestic icy continent, more pollution will be created. If anybody dishonors this policy their base will be demolished.

If this is entitled, animals who have fish and krill as their main diet may become extinct. Anybody caught fishing in this magical frozen continent will lose their passport for 25 years.
