All nations agree that pollution in Antarctica is unacceptable and should be strongly monitored by the United Nations, so tourists do not intentionally litter or kill any animals and not harm this unique country. If so, tourists would be disallowed to visit Antarctica and sometimes be sentenced to jail or fined.

Mining

All nations agree that mining in Antarctica is not suitable for people coming from different countries to research for gold and coal underground, also scientists are only allowed to dig to a certain length. As a consequence mining ruins native Flora and Fauna. Scientists are only allowed to mine to find out how long an iceberg has been there.

Animals 

Animals

All nations have came together to talk about tourists harming natural habitat in Antarctica. Animals are continually dying because of food scraps that people have left behind. Penguin rookeries have been affected by aircraft because of the sound while whales are getting killed for shows. As a result the death toll has been increasing for animals in Antarctica. If any tourist is caught of animal cruelty will be fined $500,000 dollars.

Tourism

All nations have come together to sign a contract of tourists visiting Antarctica however if any tourist damages this pristine country, the United Nations would be responsible for any injuries to any animals. It is extremely important for tourist to follow these consequential rules so that tourists do not kill any natural wildlife and if this occurs and the tourists pleads guilty to harming or damaging anything on Antarctic soil will be fined at least $1000 and for animal cruelty will go to jail for a maximum of 2 years.

Permanent Settlement

All 44 nations have agreed that there should not be anybody living permantly in Antarctica. Scientists are only allowed to live in Antarctica if they have a license for a limited time and then they have to renew it. Therefore if any tourist trys to build a home in Antarctica will be fined $350,000 and will not be allowed to enter Antarctica again

Waste Disposal

All 44 nations world wide that are evolved in the United Nations have come together side by side to talk about the disposal of rubbish. Humans travelling in ships to Antarctica must have a rubbish bin so that they can put all their food scraps in the bin. However if anyone leaves there scraps on the Antarctic land, the nation they come from are responsible for any rubbish and as a consequence will be evicted from Antarctica’s treaty group.

Military 

Military

Every country involved in the Antarctic treaty has agreed for no military activity in Antarctica. The treaty must be monitored by the country so that other countries don’t try their weapons such as bombing. If this occurs they will be fined a maximum amount of $1000
