Pollution All nations agree that pollution could harm the animals in Antarctica and that could lead to animals eating the litter and possibly dying. So the consequences are that if a nation disagrees and does pollute they will be suspended.
 Mining All 44 countries must believe that there should not be mining in Antarctica due to the destruction with the native wildlife. The consequences are that if you mine in this pristine continent you can’t go there anymore.
 Animals All signatories agree that the animals are very native to Antarctica. Everyone needs to stay 200ft away from these precious animals. If anyone does not stay 200ft away, they will be fined $1,000,000 as a consequence. 
Tourism All 44 countries that are signed must agree that tourists go to Antarctica to see the magical features such as the Aurora Australis and the geographical features. Tourism in Antarctica could damage the pristine environment due to littering that is caused by tourists. So the consequences are if you damage something when you visit you will be fined $3,000,000.
 Permanent Settlement Every nation agrees that no one can build a house in the frozen continent due to the extreme weather conditions and nobody can survive the icy weather. Scientists are allowed to stay for one year to research. As a result if you build a house in Antarctica you will be charged $4,000,000.
 Waste Disposal All nations agree that waste disposal could destroy Antarctica. The waste that tourists make can cause a lot of mayhem e.g. animals eating the waste. There is no rubbish system so countries have to clean it there selves. As a consequence if people leave waste they will be fined $6,000,000.
Military All 44 nations agree that there should not be any military in this cold continent due to animals being scared. Military can be dangerous to the scientific research bases. The consequences are if anyone uses military weapons they will be suspended for 10 years.
