The consequence on the animals from pollution could eventually die.  Mining It is authorised that mining should not continue in Antarctica because the drill that is dug into the ice is very loud and could disturb the marine and wildlife that are in Antarctica. The drill could also crack the ice.  Animals All nations strongly agree that the animals in Antarctica have strict limits like the whales, people have to stand 50 metres away from them. Also to prevent the Antarctica animals and the people to not litter and also to not mine.  Tourism All nations strongly agree that tourism should continue in Antarctica because people want to see it’s pristine and wonderful wildlife there. But it must be carefully monitored and if people pollute they will be fined $20,000.  Permanent Settlement Many nations strongly agree that permanent settlement should be banned from Antarctica because it will disturb the beautiful and wonderful wildlife. The consequence is that if people stay there they will not stand the cold weather. If you stay there for too long you will be fined $50,000 or be banned from Antarctica for 8 years or more depending on what you do.  Waste Disposal All nations agree that waste disposal should not be banned in Antarctica because it will help the marine life and wild life that live there to not have a bad disease or will eventually die. As a consequence if you pollute in Antarctica you will be banned for 12 years or more.  military Military should be banned in Antarctica because it will disturb the nature there. As a consequence if the gun shot fires and a nearby animal is around it will kill the animal, so if you All nations strongly agree that military in Antarctica do that you will be finned $1,000,000 or be banned from Antarctica for 12 years or more depending on the consequence. |
