Pollution

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty certainly agree that all rubbish in Antarctica is to be burnt in a high-temperature incinerator and its ashes are collected so that it doesn’t get released into the atmosphere. All ashes from incinerated rubbish is collected, transported back to its country of origin and NOT released into the air because it will enter the atmosphere and become polluted. If this happens, it effects the hole in the ozone layer, which is right above Antarctica, it becomes larger and will eventually lead to the melting of this winter wonderland. Any member nation who breaks this rule will be fined a hefty amount of money.

Mining

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty absolutely agree on the contract of the Madrid Protocol which made mining in Antarctica prohibited for 50 years. Mining in this last frontier could cause many problems to the environment and the native wildlife because it harms and destroys Antarctica’s land form, animal habitats, etc. This effects the animals because mining creates noise pollution and animals aren’t able to breed. Any member nation of the Antarctic Treaty who disagrees with the contract and breaks this rule will be suspended from the Treaty and will be unable to travel to Antarctica.

Animals

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty definitely agree that there is to be absolutely no interference with the animals of Antarctica. There is to be no feeding to animals, no touching of animals, no flash photography and no loud noises from the tourists while being around the animals because this can result in the animals being scared and can disturb them from breeding. All tourists are to remain a distance of 10 meters away from the animals. Any tourists caught harming an animal is sent back to their country and is fined a large amount of money. The amount of money depends on how badly the animal(s) were harmed and if a scientist is caught capturing an animal without a permit from their government, they will be suspended from their job and will be fined.  Their country will also be eliminated from the Antarctic Treaty.

Tourism

All members involved in the  Antarctic Treaty certainly agree that the number of tourists traveling to Antarctica should be limited to approximately 2000 during the summer time each year. It has been limited because continual visits to Antarctica could result in the melting of this last frontier and the flooding of our countries. Any Antarctic Treaty member nation who breaks this rule will be fined an extensive amount of money.

Permanent Settlement

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty personally concur that there is to be absolutely no permanent settlement in Antarctica as there will be an increase of sewage water, rubbish, pollution, etc.  It is a fact that people permanently living in this blue continent has a massive impact on the animals and environment  due to the extension of rubbish and pollution caused by the residents living in Antarctica. There has also been an expansion of demands for food, water and heating. Only scientists should be living in this last frontier because people who want to have to live on ice-free land and the ice-free land is where most animals occupy to breed. Anyone wanting to live in Antarctica must have a permit from their government. The consequence for anybody disobeying this rule will be sent to prison for 5 years.

Waste Disposal

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty totally agree that all waste and nuclear objects are to be prohibited from Antarctica. Any waste that is incendiary must be burnt in a high-temperature incinerator and the ashes are then taken back to the country of origin. Any non-burnable, recyclable or hazardous waste is transported away from this frozen continent immediately. Polluted water is cleansed then pumped back into the ocean. Any member nation who disobeys this rule will be investigated by the International Court of Justice

Dispute Resolution

All members involved in the Antarctic Treaty confidently concede that there should be an agreement meeting held for the Antarctic Treaty members every 3 years. Common sense determines that every 3 years an agreement meeting should be held so that members of the Treaty can discuss about the concerns of the Treaty’s rules or anything that can be improved so that they can find a resolution for the problem. Anything wanting to happen or improved must be decided through the meeting. Any member nation not abiding by this rule and conducting what they want will be banished from the Treaty and will be unable to join again.
