All nations must not pollute in Antarctica e.g. dumping in Antarctic waters, leaving traces of rubbish which may lead to killing certain animals etc. If a nation decides to start polluting due to this they will receive a fine of $10000 and if you are caught the second time as a consequence the amount of money will double. ![]() Mining All 44 nations must agree that we should all keep Antarctica’s environment the way it is. Mining is allowed only for permitted scientists in the area and it can only be used for scientific research. If there are valuable items to be found e.g. gold, diamonds etc. It has to be shared with all the 44 nations involved in the Antarctic Treaty. These rules must always be strictly followed, if you choose to disobey this policy, as a consequence you will have to pay $750 000, caught again, due to this you will be banished from Antarctica for a length of 5 years. ![]() Animals Nations involved in the Antarctic Treaty must endorse the rule that the Antarctic fauna should never be disturbed. One of our missions is to keep every native living creature alive in this pristine and unique land so that tourists and scientists can see all the interesting animals to have an extraordinary experience. You can see the native creature as long as you are 30m away from the appealing animal. If there is any sign of animal cruelty to be found , as a consequence you will receive a fine of an amount of $10 000 and this will not be tolerated if you hunt a large amount of animals due to this you will spend a maximum of 18 months behind bars. ![]() ![]() Tourism Countries that are involved in the Antarctic Treaty must encourage the fact that if there is tourism in the continent it should always be monitored by professional tour operators because many people believe that Antarctica should stay pristine as it is and it’s the only continent that has been untouched by mankind. If there is any traces to be found, harmining the environment by you, as a result you will receive a fine, the amount of money will depend on how big the damage is to the environment. Any big harm to the atmosphere e.g. oil spill, loads of rubbish. This will be absolutely unacceptable, as a consequence the fine will definitely reach a maximum of $100 000. ![]() Permanent Settlement Every country involved in the Treaty worldwide must concur that staying in the white cold world must be limited. There is not to be anyone living in Antarctic for a lifetime, if you wish to stay there you must have a visiting permit license for a limited time, If a house or research centre is constructed without any notification you will definitely be fined $25 000 dollars and your building has to be demolished. If you want to build a building in Antarctica it has to be accepted baby all nations in the treaty. ![]() Waste Disposal All 44 countries have to agree that any waste disposal left behind on Antarctic land has to be collected by the country or person which has caused the problem, as a consequence there will be a fine up to $1000 per scraping or banned out of Antarctica for 15 months maximum. We don’t want to make a waste disposal system because it will waste a lot of money and disturb the environment form noise pollution, due to this it is your [responsibility to take care of your own waste.
![]() Military All of the nations involved in the treaty have to encourage the evidence that military activity can never happen in Antarctica because it will cause penguin rookeries to be stressed out which will cause many deaths and false births.
