Signatories definitely believe that there should not be air pollution in Antarctica as it is slowly harming this pristine environment. If people do bring rubbish it should be burnt in an incinerator making shore no ash gets out. If this rule is broken they will receive a harsh fine starting from $50 000.

Mining
all signatories strongly believe, that all mining should not continue in Antarctica ass it is harming all the flora and fauna. If this rule is deliberately ignored the country of origin will receive a hefty fine from $100 000- $200 000, they may also be removed from the 47 nation treaty.

Animals

All Signatories strongly believe that, there should be no touching or feeding the Antarctic animals. There should be no flash cameras. If there is anyone is anyone capturing the animals without a permit they will be sent back to their country of origin and will receive a hefty fine. If this happens from a scientist they will be suspended from their work.

Tourism

Signatories personally believe that Antarctica should defiantly be monitored when tourists travel to this icy continent. If they bring germs and bacteria, this will damage the flora and fauna. If this happens the country that the tourists came from will face a staggering fine.

Permanent Settlement

All signatories completely agree that there should never be permanent settlement in Antarctica. People shouldn’t ever live in Antarctica , as there would be too much pollution because there would be sewerage, shower water ect being pumped into the ocean which would be terrible for the marine life , as they may become very sick and eventually die. Also there should not be permanent settlement because they would become stir crazy as there would be no one else around ever and they would become stir crazy also in the winter as it is always dark. Anyone going to Antarctica  and wanting to stay from between 8-15 months will need a permit from their government, if anyone staying there longer than 8 months without a permit will have their passport taken off them and will not get it back for 2 years. They also wont be able to venture to Antarctica for 5 years.

Waste Disposal

All signatories personally believe, that all waste brought into Antarctica should be removed in a carful manner, so as not harming the environment. If this happens there will be harsh fines and they may be removed from the Antarctic Treaty.

Military Activity

All signatories agree that there should be no military activity in Antarctica. There shouldn’t be military activity in Antarctica as the noise may disturb the animals like the penguins in a rookery, it may also harm the environment which may lead to this last frontier becoming destroyed. Anyone cought performing military activity will be sent a fine for one million dollars and will be sent to prison for 2 years.
