Pollution All nations agree that pollution should be carefully monitored. Nations must agree to this treaty law, all there will be extreme consequences to the environment like the animals may die from coking on the rubbish left behind, and if the ships spill oil slicks it will harm the marine life, if law is not followed you will be fined $400,000. ![]() Mining Mining is a concern to all nations as it could harm the animals. However mining is only allowed for scientific reasons, and they are prohibited to mine under the Earth’s surface if this rule is not followed you will be fined a total of $500,000. ![]() Animals Animals All nations agree that animals in Antarctica should be protected. All scientists and tourists are to stay 15 meters away from all animals. you prohibited to bring other animals to Antarctica as some animals can breed very quickly and it can affect other species in Antarctica, if law is not followed you will be fined $100,000.
Tourism Tourism All nations agree that there should not be too many tourists visiting Antarctica as tourist could leave rubbish behind and the more people that visit Antarctica the closer it will get to Antarctica being destroyed. ![]() Permanent Settlement Permanent settlement All 44 signed nations agree that there is only allowed permanent settlement for scientific research. If you have a settlement in Antarctica it is not for scientific research. You will be fined a total $500 000. ![]() Waste Disposal Waste Disposal All 44 signed nation agree that waste disposal can be a massive problem in Antarctica. If not taken seriously all scientists, cruise ships and all other tourists in Antarctica will be banned to throw rubbish on or around Antarctica or they will be fined $1 million. ![]()
Scientific research All 44 signed nations must agree that all information in Antarctica should be shared amongst other nations or it will cause a massive amount of arguments between countries which could resolve in war. If law is not followed you will be fined $300,000. ![]() |
