Signatories definitely believe that noise pollution is allowed only three times per country. This pollution could lead to animals dying. This consequence will mean a end to their treaty and they will be sent to jail for a year.

Mining

Signatories definitely believe that mining in Antarctica is banned for a period of 50 years if this rule is broken by a particular country the fine will be from 8 million- 10 million.

Animals

Signatories definitely believe that there should be no touching of animals. There certainly should not be any flash photography and there should be no capturing of animals without a permit. If these rules are not followed there will be consequences such as if they were scientist they will lose their jobs.

Tourism

Signatories personally believe that Antarctica should definitely be monitored when tourists travel to this icy continent. If they bring germs and bacteria, this will damage the flora and fauna. If this happens the country which the tourist came from will face a staggering fine.

Permanent settlement

Signatories absolutely believe that permanent settlement is strictly prohibited in Antarctica unless it is for less than 8 months if residents build in Antarctica it will put animals at risk and the rubbish that residents make will cause pollution. If this rule is broken the consequence is not being able to come to Antarctica ever again.

Waste disposal

Signatories definitely believe that the tourist who comes from other countries must return their waste. If this rule is not kept the consequences has been that this particular country that have disobeyed this rule will be removed from coming to Antarctica for a period of time.

Scientific research

Signatories definitely believe that scientific research is not allowed in Antarctica unless the scientist who goes to Antarctica shares the information that they have gathered other countries. If this rule is not followed it can put animals in danger. This consequence will be that the scientist will not be able to come back to Antarctica for a period of time.
