All 47 members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that anyone willing to burn any rubbish in an incinerator must keep the ash so they don’t make the ash float off into the atmosphere. Any nation who defies this rule will be extinguished from the Treaty and will receive a ponderous fine of up to $1 million-$155 million.

All 47 members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that mining in Antarctica should be banned for a period of 20-30 years. If mining commences in this winter wonderland, the unique and valuable wildlife will die and could lead to possible extinction. If any nation is found guilty of breaking this rule, they will be investigated by the International Court of Justice.

 

Animals

All 47 members of the Antarctic Treaty personally agree that there should be no feeding of animals, no touching the animals and definitely no flash photography in this Winter wonderland. Anyone found harassing the animals without a permit, will be banned from Antarctica for a period of time.

 

 

Tourism

All 47 members involved in the Antarctic Treaty strongly agree that a maximum of 100 tourists are allowed from each country during the summer time. This is because, the flora and fauna can be affected due to the foreign organisms attached to the tourists clothing. Anyone found disobeying this rule will receive a staggering fine.

 

Commercial Use

All 47 members involved in the Antarctic Treaty agree that the hunting and capturing of animals should definitely be strictly prohibited in Antarctica. If this were to continue, the population of the animals will have a dramatic drop, and could possibly lead to the extinction of these exotic species. Any nation who disobeys this rule will be charged the harassing of the animals and will be fined $2 000 000
