Other tourists must get a pass to go to Antarctica. If not, they must accommodate at an Antarctic base. If any offending nation discards litter in Antarctica, they will suffer a ramification of either a $500 000 fine or being banished from the treaty for 10 years. Nuclear activity All signatories agree that nuclear bombs and its discarding are proscribed in this chilly land as it may lead to the destruction of the land and conflict in Antarctica. Anyone caught possessing bombs or disposing them will have the bombs discarded along with a 30 year ban from Antarctica and 20 years in prison. |
