Pollution Pollution To begin with, all Nation that agreed to the treaty must protect Antarctica’s environment. Due to the treaty if any country that agreed to the treaty brakes one of the rules like oil spills and air craft will have to go to International court of Justice.
 Mining Mining It is considered that there should not be any mining in Antarctica because it will disturb the animals and harm the environment. There for if some countries do mining they could lose their trust of the Antarctic treaty.
 Animals Animals Due to the Antarctica treaty Animals must be treated carefully once the scientists have finished with their research. As a consequence if scientist don’t follow this rule they will have to stop the research for a week and behind on their work  Tourism Tourism People that visit Antarctica cannot leave rubbish behind because the animals might think that it is food and they then they will eat and get very sick. There for if people do litter they will not be able to visit Antarctica again.  Permanent Settlement Permanent Settlement Permanent Settlement is not allowed in Antarctica because it might ruin the environment and if people live in Antarctica they will easily get sick from all the winds and houses in Antarctica. They will have to go through court and then you will have to pay $1000 or the damage.
 Waste Disposal Waste Disposal All nations agree that there are no waste disposals in Antarctica. All countries are responsible for removing all rubbish and waste. Therefore if the nations don’t remove their waste they will have to go through serious consequences such as stopping there research for 1 and half years.  scientific research Scientific research Scientist when they started their experiments must be careful on what they are doing so they don’t disturb the animals and the environment. If the scientists don’t follow this rule they will have to pay $2000for all the damage.
